Knitting Accessories

Back from family holidays with just one holiday snap - knitting essentials for the car. The Cadbury choc is just as important as the yarn and needles... (Sock number 2 - or part thereof -absorbing chocolate by osmosis)

And one more knitting "accessory" - Breville are now producing an ALMIGHTY sized crockpot which can cook multiple nights worth of wholesome meals for table and freezer - FREEING UP UNTOLD HOURS OF KNITTING/SPINNING/FIBRE FUN TIME!! Woo hoo!!!

Have a happy and healthful Christmas everyone. See you in the new year.

Hi Wendy,

Thanks so much for your lovely comments about Gryffins allergy!
I do feel however that compared with a peanut allergy, soy is a walk in the park! I know what my sister went through when Rylee was first diagnosed, and still everyday. Any and all mums dealing with anaphalaxis are champs!

LOVE the sock wool, it is spectacular, what is it?

Have a very Merry Christmas,

Love Tye x

LOL,maybe thats what I need,Ive joined a Spin To Knit Swap and have to spin two skeins to send January and February to a Lady in Canada! Finding the time will be interesting,I could just send some of my stashed work that was done this year but I feel the need to spin and dye...have a heap of luscious Blue Face Leicster to try..
Now my question, what is Finn like, could you compare to any other fibres commonly available here in Aussie, fine merino, downs types?
Cheers and have a wonderful Xmas and New Year Cathy

I have to admit, I saw the crockpot and instantly wondered how much yarn I could fit in there for dyeing ;)
